Administration and Information Officer - Westminster

22.5 hours per week - £9,973pa pro-rated (£16,400 fte) + London Weighting Allowance £1,800pa pro-rated (£2,960 fte)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration and Information Officer to join its Asset Coach Team, operating within the London area.

You will use your talents for excellent administration to support through the operations arm of Mayday services.

Under the direction of the Asset Manager, you will also use your talent for excellent administration to collate and produce data and reports in accordance with contract requirements. 

Working closely with the Asset Coaches and our Housing Teams, you will carry out the day to day administrative activities whilst ensuring a high level of customer care for the people we work with.

Whilst experience and knowledge of Housing Legislation & Welfare Benefit legislation is desirable, candidates with previous customer facing roles will be considered.

It is preferred that candidates have a full driving licence, business insurance and access to a vehicle, but this is not essential.

This position is part-time and you should be flexible to work 22.5 hours across Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. The specific working days will be agreed with the successful candidate.
