The Ideas Hub is an online platform that celebrates great ideas, people and inspiring stories around health, community and wellbeing, with a specific focus on collaboration, co-production and community driven approaches. The Ideas Hub celebrates the ‘small stories’ about simple ideas that are making a difference to real people, those practitioners and those ideas that are challenging the status quo and transforming the way the public sector operates

Reflecting on Lynn Mumford's presentation on systems change for Personal Transition Services at the New Philanthropy Capital’s seminar on systems change, Helen Sharp writes: 

The Mayday Trust is a homelessness organisation unlike any other. . . The way they work with people is transformative because their central belief is that people, particularly those identified as having ‘complex needs’ should have power and control over their own lives. Their maxim is ‘thrive, not survive.’ By using this as a starting point, they have changed the way they see every person, so that they are no longer the vulnerable, street homeless person often overwhelmed with problems, but someone with talents, strengths and abilities that are usually overlooked.

Helen Sharp urges the providers, commissioners and funders to join the growing network of Innovation Partners.
