Warwickshire

Admin Assistant/Receptionist, Rugby - Head Office
25 hours per week, working Monday to Friday

£12,812 - £15,375 pro rata + excellent benefits (including generous holiday, healthcare plan, free life assurance cover and contributory pension)

This is a front-line roll that sets the standards of Mayday Trust as first impressions count. In addition to being the first point of contact to incoming telephone calls and visitors you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head Office team in a number of key functions. 

Capable of juggling the varying day-to-day needs of the Trust is a must. Good IT skills with excellent organisation and communication skills is also essential

Domestic Assistant, Rugby
21 hours per week

£11,536 – £12,207 pro rata + excellent benefits (including generous holiday, healthcare plan, free life assurance cover and contributory pension)

The purpose of this role will be to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout all areas of our three supported housing schemes and at Head Office, which are all closely situated near to the Rugby town centre. Your day-to-day duties will ensure staff are able to work with Service Users and visitors in a safe working environment.

The successful candidate must be able to comply with all health and safety procedures and be able to work unsupervised. Previous experience would be an advantage.

Working days to be agreed at interview stage.

Northamptonshire

Project Worker, Daventry
37 hours per week

£14,606 – £18,000 per annum + £350 On-Call Allowance + excellent benefits (including generous holiday, healthcare plans, free life assurance cover and contributory pension)

To help our Daventry scheme maintain a first class housing and support service to our Service Users you will enjoy the satisfaction of changing lives. By conducting regular keyworking sessions you will help our Service Users to realise their full potential and empower them to manage all aspects of their life from home life to employment.

To successfully fulfill this post you must have excellent communication skills and be able to build productive and respectful relationships with Service Users from every walk of life.

You will be required to participate in an On-Call Rota working weekends and evenings.

Support Worker, Daventry

20 hours per week

You will support our Daventry team by working directly with our Service Users to consolidate your understanding of their needs and expectations and accordingly, assist them in a range of activities, from
household maintenance to training and employment.

You will be required to participate in an On-Call Rota working weekends and evenings. Working days to be agreed at interview stage.

Bedfordshire

Project Worker,  Bedford
Working 37 hours per week 

£14,606 – £18,000 per annum plus London Weighting + £350 On-Call Allowance + excellent benefits (including generous holiday, healthcare plans, life assurance cover and contributory pension)

The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality housing and support services to vulnerable adults with enduring Mental Health issues. You will assist Service Users with all aspects of life from household management to education.  Encouraging participation in decision-making, you will give them everything they need to realise their potential, whilst actively involving other agencies to bring about positive outcomes.

Capable of developing support plans and risk assessments you will ideally be experienced in keyworking.  Good working knowledge of Supported Housing and Mental Health matters would be a huge plus and you will bring real passion, energy and drive to the role.  Applicants must be able to build productive and respectful relationships with Service Users from every walk of life.

You will be required to participate in an On-Call Rota working weekends and evenings.
