£12,900 - £16,000 pro rata

Helping us to deliver high quality, person-centered housing and support services, you will enjoy all the satisfaction of changing lives every day.

 

You will work directly with Service Users to consolidate your understanding of their needs and expectations and will be flexible in your approach to work exploring various avenues to encourage Service User participation. Becoming a vital resource to Service Users you must be empathetic and passionate about making a real difference.

 

Applicants must be able to relate well to people from all backgrounds and build professional supportive relationships with our clients.

 

 

Evening Support Worker, Daventry
